Join the Fight to Prevent Brain Haemorrhages- One Blood Pressure Check at a Time.
The Natalie Kate Moss Trust is on a mission to prevent as many brain haemorrhages as possible—and your company can be part of the solution.
While not all brain haemorrhages are preventable, high blood pressure is the leading lifestyle-related cause. Shockingly, over 50% of people with high blood pressure don’t even know they have it—due to lack of awareness, poor access to monitors, and limited understanding of the risks.
That’s where we come in.
Through our powerful, life-saving sessions, we partner with companies to educate teams on the risks of high blood pressure and empower them with practical tools to monitor and manage it effectively.
This isn’t just education—it’s prevention. It’s impact. It’s lives saved.
Now it’s your turn to take action.
Support your colleagues. Start the conversation. Help prevent the preventable.

“It's brought a real awareness to 25 people, and subsequently their families and friends about how important it is to look after your blood pressure and keep and eye on it.”

“The numbers mentioned were quite shocking to me. I didn't realise quite how often this type of Stroke arises worldwide. I didn't realise the importance of checking your BP. An interesting listen!”

"Fiona was extremely personable and was very engaging to listen to. Everything was explained concisely enough but delivered the understanding of the impact of importance that this presents to everyone, regardless of age or background."
