Introducing Blood Pressure to School's Curriculum

In 2025 we are rolling out a programme to go into PSHE classes in school’s, which will discuss blood pressure and how important it is in order to prevent major health problems. We believe that by educating people from a younger age we can create a shift in how our society checks and manages our blood pressure and therefore prevent, potentially, preventable problems from happening.

This is a major project which will take up significant time and resource, but which have major benefit on our socities health.

Support Required : £6,000

Sponsor Our Running Vests

The majority of our fundraising comes from dozens of individuals committing to races and in 2025 we have more people than ever before taking on challenges. Each runner wears one of our NKMT running vests, however these vests cost us money, eating into the funds our incredible runners have raised.

By sponsoring our vests you will ensure that all the money raised goes directly to NKMT and the work to better prevent and treat brain haemorrhages.

Support Required: £1,500

Sponsor Series 2 of The ‘Prevent The Preventable' Podcast

In 2024 we released the first series of The Prevent The Preventable podcast which falls in line with our prevention campaign and aims to help the listener take control of their health and reduce the risk of brain haemorrhages.

Thanks to it’s success we will be releasing series 2 in Summer 2025. We are seeking sponsors to support the running cost of the podcast and to help us reach more people with this vital message.

Support Required: £4,000

“It has been an absolute pleasure working with Fiona in recent months.

She exemplifies everything you would hope to see in someone dedicated to making a difference - thoroughly engaging, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about the cause her charity represents. Her personable and professional approach has made collaborating effortless and inspiring to me.

As the charity’s main sponsor, we as a company feel fortunate to partner with someone who so clearly lives and breathes the mission of their charity. Fiona has a remarkable ability to articulate the charity’s goals while showing the genuine sense of connection due to her reason for doing what she does, which has only deepened our commitment to supporting the incredible work they do.”

“StraightIn and Inboxx are both small start-ups working hard and NKMT, being a small family charity, also based in Manchester, striving to make a meaningful impact meant that our values aligned perfectly. While many people within our company are in their early 20s, similar to Natalie’s age, making her story hit particularly close to home. We’ve launched several initiatives and events to raise both awareness and funds, from marathons to parties, with many more in the pipeline. Recently, some of our team members took to the streets of Manchester with Fiona and the NKMT team, offering free blood pressure tests and spreading awareness.

It truly feels like a genuine partnership. Fiona and NKMT have been incredibly supportive of our companies. We believe this partnership has the potential to last for years to come!”
