Brain haemorrhages can affect anyone. By hitting your stride, you can help us to save more lives from brain haemorrhages through education on how to prevent them and funding groundbreaking research to better treat them when they happen.

About the Great North Run 2026:
Every year, over 60,000 runners fill the streets from Newcastle upon Tyne to South Shields, taking part in one of the most iconic running events in the world, the Great North Run.
Whether you’re a seasoned runner chasing a personal best, or taking on your very first half marathon, this is your chance to be part of something unforgettable.
