In it for the long haul: How Chassis & Cab Specialists keep driving our work forward

Some supporters give once.
Others stay by your side, event after event, year after year.
Chassis & Cab Specialists are firmly in the second group, and we want to take a moment to say a proper thank you.
Over the past couple of years, the team at Chassis & Cab Specialists have backed our Golf Day every year, our campaign for Natalie's 40th birthday last year, and they're right behind our Gala 2026 too. Every time we've asked, they've said yes, and every time they've gone above and beyond.
A Golf Day regular
Our annual Golf Day is one of the highlights of the NKMT calendar, and Chassis & Cab Specialists have been part of it every step of the way. They sponsored the day in 2025, came back again in 2026, and have already committed to supporting us at Golf Day 2027.
It isn't just the sponsorship.
They've also helped us pull together the prizes each year, which makes a huge difference to the day and to how much we raise. Anyone who has ever organised a charity event knows how much work goes into the prize table, so having a partner who rolls their sleeves up alongside us means a lot.
And it's paying off.
Our 2026 Golf Day at Dunham Forest raised £21,526! This will help with research that could change the way brain haemorrhage is treated.
Celebrating Natalie's 40th
Natalie's 40th birthday appeal was a really special moment for everyone connected to the Trust. It was a chance to remember Natalie, celebrate who she was and raise vital funds in her name.
Chassis & Cab Specialists got behind the campaign without hesitation.
Their support helped us turn a day that could have been hard into one full of warmth, and made sure it was marked in a way that helps prevent other families going through the same loss.
Supporting our Gala 2026
On 24th October 2026 we're hosting our Gala 2026, Every Second Counts, and once again Chassis & Cab Specialists are backing us as our prize draw sponsor.
The theme says it all.
When a brain haemorrhage strikes, every second matters, and funds from the night will support research into identifying brain haemorrhages before patients even reach hospital. Earlier diagnosis means faster treatment, less brain injury and more lives saved.
Events like this don't happen without businesses willing to invest in them, and we're so grateful to have Chassis & Cab Specialists in our corner.
Where the support goes
Sponsorship and prizes can feel a long way from a hospital ward or a research lab, but they're not. Every pound raised at our events goes towards one goal: preventing and saving lives from brain haemorrhages and making sure fewer families go through what Natalie's family did.
Funding research that saves lives
Research is at the heart of everything we do. Just £33 funds one hour of brain haemorrhage research, so every sponsorship, every donated prize and every ticket sold adds up to real hours of work towards better outcomes for patients.
Stopping brain haemorrhages before they happen
High blood pressure is one of the biggest risk factors for a brain haemorrhage, and it often has no symptoms at all. That's why prevention is such a big part of our work. The funds raised by supporters like Chassis & Cab Specialists help us to:
Run blood pressure awareness days in communities across the UK, giving people free checks and the information to act on their results
Send monthly blood pressure reminders to people who have signed up, helping them keep on top of their numbers
Develop blood pressure and healthy lifestyle content for the PSHE curriculum, so young people learn these habits early (read how we're supporting the NHS vision for cardiovascular health)
Share real stories through our Prevent The Preventable podcast, from knowing the signs of a brain haemorrhage to coping with grief
Every check could be the one that spots a problem in time.
That's the difference your support makes.
Thank you
To everyone at Chassis & Cab Specialists: thank you. Your loyalty, generosity and willingness to get stuck in have made a real difference to the Natalie Kate Moss Trust. We couldn't ask for a better partnership, and we're looking forward to celebrating with you at the Gala in October and seeing you on the course at Golf Day 2027.
If your business would like to support NKMT through sponsorship, prizes or a corporate partnership, we'd love to hear from you. Get in touch to find out how you can get involved, or make a donation today.
